To be Very Blunt, we do not accept "returns" on anything we sell.
*All of the RC products we sell Carry a warranty thru the distributors, So if there is anything wrong with your purchase reach out to us and we will give you the appropriate contact information to warranty your item. If you're Local come into the shop and we warranty on site in most cases.
*BumpBoxx's are 100% warrantied Thru Them directly.
*Toys and collectibles are Non-returnable
Unlike big Companies we cannot afford to cater to cases of "BUYERS REMORSE".
Hobbies require a bit of research and it behooves you to know what your purchasing before you do so, which is why we are a well of knowledge when it comes to the products we sell and are a mere phone call or email away.
*Missing Parts
Should you receive merchandise that is missing a part, please contact us. We will ensure that you are sent the part from our stock as appropriate. In accordance with a manufacturer’s request, we may direct the information or your call directly to the manufacturer.
Shipping Policy
Recently we have started to experience shipping delays from our shipping carriers. These delays result in longer than normal shipping times and can result in delays in updating tracking information once an order is shipped.

Due to the impact of the COVID-19/Corona virus, we will not be able to maintain our normal high-levels of service for the foreseeable future. Effective March 17, 2020, we will not be able to guarantee same day shipping for consumer orders.
