Product Description
F15-6 29mm Model Rocket Engines (2pk)
Take your mid-powered rocket flights to new heights with the Estes F15-6 Engine. This 29mm engine packs an impressive 49.61 N-sec total impulse and delivers a maximum thrust of 25.26 Newtons - giving your rockets the boost they need for strong, stable launches. It's ideal for experienced modelers looking for consistent, long-duration thrust and reliable performance across a wide variety of heavier rocket designs.
With a 6-second delay between burnout and recovery deployment, the F15-6 is tailored for mid-size rockets that benefit from longer coast phases. This extended delay allows rockets to climb to higher altitudes before the ejection charge activates, maximizing performance in rockets with slightly heavier payloads or larger airframes. The 3.45-second burn time provides a smooth and powerful push, enhancing flight dynamics and altitude potential.
At 4.5 inches in length and weighing just 3.66 ounces, this engine fits rockets that use 29mm engine mounts and is especially useful for flights where precise timing and altitude gains are important. It's a reliable choice for rockets requiring a balance between thrust power and delay timing. The propellant weight of 2.12 ounces ensures you get a high-energy burn for exciting liftoffs and a thrilling flight experience every time.
Whether you're launching for fun, altitude, or testing your rocketry design skills, the F15-6 delivers a dependable and rewarding launch experience. Pair it with your favorite Estes rocket that calls for an F-engine and enjoy the confidence that comes with top-tier performance and long burn capability.
E and F sized engines cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.
