Product Description
High-Performance 700-Class Nitro Heli with Premium Features
The ilGoblin Competizione 700 Nitro Helicopter Kit from SAB Goblin carries the same competition pedigree as its electric counterpart, refined through years of testing with top Goblin pilots. Built with a zero-compromise mindset, every component is engineered to deliver maximum performance in demanding race and 3D environments. Its airframe maintains a weight just over five pounds, giving pilots a lightweight yet durable platform capable of handling the power and vibration of nitro flight. The result is a machine that delivers precise control, crisp response, and a flight feel tailored for competitive flying.
About the ilGoblin Competizione 700
Competition-Ready Airframe
The airframe is designed to balance lightweight construction with the structural strength required for high-output engines. Weighing just over five pounds, it keeps the helicopter agile while maintaining the rigidity needed for aggressive maneuvers and sustained high-RPM operation. The fuselage is shaped for clear visibility during fast passes, and the thirty-five millimeter carbon tail boom with internal aluminum reinforcement ensures stability under load. This combination gives pilots a confident, locked-in feel during competition-level flights.
Precision Rotor & Control System
A twelve-millimeter main shaft supported by three bearings provides the rigidity needed to handle the vibration and torque of nitro power. The main rotor uses advanced geometry optimized for a true 1:1 control ratio, giving pilots a direct and predictable response in every maneuver. High-Modulus Technopolymer Dampers enhance cyclic precision, and while 700 millimeter main blades are included, the platform supports blades from 650 to 730 millimeters for tuning flexibility. Together, these features deliver the crisp, accurate control expected from a top-tier competition machine.
Refined Tail System & Power Access
The tail assembly features a lightweight tail case with an oversized bearing for improved durability during hard reversals and high-load transitions. A high-efficiency belt tensioner maintains consistent tail performance throughout each flight, even under the variable loads of nitro operation. The layout is optimized for clean component access, making tuning and maintenance straightforward between flights. Titanium blade screws with titanium and delrin blade washers complete the system with reliable, competition-grade hardware.
